HAMMOND RANCH CONDITIONS, COVENANTS & RESTRICTIONS (CC&R'S)

WHAT ARE THEY?     

CC&Rs are the rules of your neighborhood. They describe the requirements and limitations about what you can do with your property. The goal of the CC&Rs is to protect, preserve, and enhance property values in the community.

The Hammond Ranch CC&R's were set forth in 1969 when individual parcels within Hammond Ranch were first sold to individuals.  The Homeowners Association established at that time was given no legal standing to enforce the CC&R's.

    While our current association is called Hammond Landowners Association,  we are a community support group and not a legal entity.   Membership is voluntary.     Hammond Landowners Association has no legal rights to bring action in any issue involving CC&R's.
