Besides getting to know your neighbors and participating in Hammond Ranch issues, here are several ways the HLA works for ranch residents.
The HLA members negotiate with the County for needed improvements and support for Hammond Ranch.
The HLA publishes a quarterly newsletter informing residents of important issues such as fire safety, quality of life issues and articles of interest to ranch residents.
The HLA promotes the maintenance of our roads by reimbursing road maintenance costs according to a prescribed schedule established by the HLA Board;
HLA members are eligible to purchase PHI and/or AirMed emergency medical evacuation services at a discounted rate.
This HLA Website helps to inform all residents of issues related to the Ranch .
HLA members are working with our local Fire Safe Council to distribute wildfire safety information and encourage wildfire fuel reduction .
Members are invited to our annual picnic in July each year to meet new and old friends and share great picnic treats in a beautiful setting.
The HLA provides and maintains Trespass Authorizations for members and non-member landowners, which allows a neighbor to report a trespass to the Sheriff on a parcel where the landowner is not present. .
Members may attend the annual luncheon meeting in November each year, may vote on important issues, elect board members and hear interesting guest speakers
HLA uses its resources and knowledge base to offer assistance and guidance in ranch matters.
Questions and Issues can be submitted via the "Contact Us" portion of this website.
